This is due to how this particular piece had to be designed, but it’s still a 100% improvement over the old factory pieces. If your trolling motor comes back into the shroud you have now, then it will do the same thing once this one is installed. We offer a 1.25\" spacer package that will help gain you the clearance needed if you’re having this issue. The spacer package can be found and added here via the option above.
