Refund policy

Ashmore Marine Products accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the original shipment date. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not issue cash or original-payment-method refunds for standard returns.

Foam Products

All foam products are final sale. Foam products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product information, measurements, fitment details, and specifications before placing an order. If you have any questions about which foam product you need, please contact Ashmore Marine Products before placing your order so we can help you determine the correct product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the shipment date.
  • The product must be unused and uninstalled.
  • The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
  • The product cannot be a foam product or another item designated as final sale.

Products that have been used, installed, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an eligible product to Ashmore Marine Products.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable or credited unless otherwise determined by Ashmore Marine Products.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Ashmore Marine Products is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit to us.

Store Credit

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved returns will be issued as store credit.

Ashmore Marine Products reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet the requirements of this Return Policy.
