These new bait trays are made out of our Rugged Foam material, so they will come ready to peel and stick with the best 3M adhesive for a super simple install. NO HOLES TO DRILL! These were designed on a 2021 model Cougar FTD boat, so it will fit all Cougar boats modeled the same as the 2021 model.
