The tool rack is a press fit and also has 2 slots that are perfect for keeping your sunglasses close at hand. It’s easy to put on by just pulling two of the ears away from each other, so it opens up just slightly enough to slide onto the pedestal. After getting it in position, just release the ears and the rack will stay perfectly in place. It fits the fairly common pedestals that are 1.75” in diameter.
